answer: DAD is a non-political organization. We work towards the implementation of welfare initiatives for the underprivileged community and we have broadened our horizons for all those who need upliftment. We believe in promoting human welfare.

answer: The realization of a group of young corporate professionals, that they had a social responsibility for the upliftment of the poor of the society, established DAD.
4 Q. What is the definition of terms a non-governmental organization?
answer:. A non-governmental organization (NGO) is defined as an independent body created under national private law. It is a non-profit and pursues the goals of international public utility. It is worth noting that a non-governmental organization does not have an internationally recognized definition. Non-profit does not mean that the association cannot make a profit, only that any profit must be reinvested into the work of the association to meet defined objectives.
5 Q. For what reasons DAD works?
answer:. We are mainly concerned about the causes of education and health of underprivileged children through mission education, healthcare of people living in urban slums and rural villages. The livelihood of marginalized youth, through the initiative of our volunteers, our child program and other programs for child welfare.

answer: The DAD accepts voluntary financial contributions in line with its objectives and activities. We also welcome volunteers to work for various programs.

answer: Financial assistance in the form of salary is not available to individuals. But depending on the case we will make our decision for TA / DA. For more details please contact us.

answer: DAD does not offer any general scholarship or student funding programs. However, DAD offers scholarships to need-based students. For more details please contact us. We have certain criteria set and include details on scholarships, financial aid, training programs, student employment prospects, and facilities for the disabled.
11 Q. What is so unique or different about DAD? How is it different from other NGOs?
answer: Unlike other development organizations, we work on a unique model of social enterprise philanthropy (voluntary promotion of human welfare). Through this model, we control the train and handle genuine local grass initiatives around the country. Thus, despite having equal amounts of resources, we reach a greater number of beneficiaries than many other non-governmental organizations.

answer: We believe that education alone has the power to relieve the poor from their poverty – not only in terms of earning a livelihood but also be aware of the rights and freedoms that a citizen is endowed with, Thus empowering individuals and becoming self-reliant beyond doubt.

16 Q. What is the health scenario in India, presently?
India has about 40% of people living on the streets and 30% of people working as laborers. Only 60% of people have access to healthcare despite having a national policy on compulsory elementary healthcare. 17 Q. Why do you insist on healthcare when there are other equally pressing issues in the country?
Health care alone has the power to free people from the vicious cycle of poverty – not only in terms of earning a livelihood but to be aware of the healthcare rights and freedoms that a citizen is endowed with. Thus empowering individuals and making them self-reliant.
18 Q. Where is the Mission Healthcare program located?
Mission Education is a national level program of DAD Healthcare with a presence across 120 communities in 21 states of India.
19 Q. What curriculum do you follow in the Healthcare programs?
Our Healthcare program – Mission Healthcare, for underprivileged children, follows the program of the respective state board where the project is present and operational.
The donor receives an instant acknowledgment mail with an SMS. On receiving the reconciliation statement from the bank, a receipt is immediately sent via e-mail, followed by a hard copy by post (within India). The receipt is accompanied by a ‘Welcome Gift Pack’ which is also a token of appreciation. The donor gets birthday wishes, greetings on important festivals, program updates and annual impact report over the course of a year.

Yes, the website is secure for any kind of transaction. Also, the exchange of any information is protected and is not disclosed under any circumstances. Payment Gateway is a third party payment gateway recognized by financial institutions under the Government of India. Therefore any transaction is completely secure.

As a trusted organization, we respect the privacy of our donors. Donor data is not exposed or shared with any external agency under any reason circumstances We have a robust in-house mechanism and server system where records are kept safe. The entire setup is password protected and protected by monitoring software. The data is kept strictly confidential and only authorized employees with special non-disclosure bonds have access to it.
