Job Description
• Pre-opening: Involve actively in giving suggestions for the development of the centre.
• Consultations: To analyze Prakriti, do Pulse diagnosis & Ayurvedic diagnosis, prescribe Ayurvedic medicines, suggest wholesome-unwholesome diet, advise suitable panchakarma treatments, and monitor the progress.
• Management: Lead & train therapists, liaise with a kitchen to suggest a diet plan for clients, and take ownership of the entire center.
• Inventory: To maintain a daily record of medicine stock and place the order as required.
• Business: Take all necessary steps to generate potential revenue.
• Naturopathy: Offer group Naturopathy classes in a day and Pranayama & meditation as per need.
Requirements:
• BAMS, freshers can apply
• Either of the partners should have Yoga skills, certification is preferable
• Good oral & writing communication skill in Hindi & English
• Orientation towards Ayurveda practice and minimum 0-year experience of observation in Ayurvedic clinic
• Long term plan to settle in the town
• Business acumen
• Any additional skill is plus
Special Benefit
If you do not want to settle in the town in the long run, management can help for multi-city placement after two years of service in case candidate is interested.
